Aspen Corner Farms

This logo was designed for a wagyu beef farm out in Millarville, AB. They were looking for a design that represented the location of their company along with a logo variation that indicated the product they sold. With every logo design project, I start with some sketches, then a rough colour mockup, and finally a vector logo that's packaged and ready to use for print and web related projects.

Tales of the Tree Social Media Management

My friend's dad had an at home woodshop with plenty of fun and interesting products that he had put a lot of work into. From guitar shaped coasters to laser etched decorative door hangers, the guy could make anything and everything. When he was showing us his products I offered to create an online presence for his business so he could increase his sales since most of his clients were friends and family. I started by researching Etsy to see what similar products people were selling on there and how they marketed their materials. From there I looked up local markets for the company to attend and make some local sales to gain some more customers.

100 Day Logo Challenge

I signed up to receive an email every day for 100 days with a new logo design challenge for each one. Did I make it through the challenge? Nope. But I sure was close!! Here are some of the logos I made up.
In each email they would give the company product/service with a few name variations for the designer to work with.

Elite WAG Instagram Post Designs

I was contacted by a journalist for Elite Women's Gymnastics Canada to create 2 Instagram posts for an upcoming event. One image would be posted on their Instagram story timeline while another would be posted on the main timeline. They gave me a long list of photos from their previous events to use in their advertisement along with some key information and a logo. My challenge was to use the photos that my client gave me to look modern and enticing. I selected images with enough white space for the required text and removed most of the background of each image to put a focus on the athletes alongside the text.
